Santa Clara

Santa Clara is a large city in the California county of the same name. It has around 23 neighborhoods and is the 48th largest city in the state. In recent years the top five employers have been Applied Materials, Intel, California’s Great America, Avaya Inc. and Santa Clara City Hall. The city was incorporated in July of 1852 and is named in honor of Saint Clare of Assisi. The city has a convenient council-manager style of city government.
